Cyclones
The Gold Coast Cyclones is the representative program designed to provide a pathway for talented Gold Coast rugby players.
To be eligible to be selected for a Cyclones team, you must be registered with a GCDRU affiliated club.

Rounds 1-4 – selectors to be identifying talent to invite
27th April – Round 4 (squad to be named)

2024 South Queensland Championships
The South Queensland Championships will be held on the Gold Coast this year from the 17th to the 19th of May. Juniors will play on the Saturday and Sunday; Seniors will play Friday and Sunday.
2024 Queensland Country State Championships
The Queensland Country State Championships will be held in Rockhampton from the 28th to the 30th of June. In 2024, the U13 Boys, U14 Boys and U16 Boys teams will travel to Rockhampton in their regional sides, meaning we will require commitment for this period also for the coaches involved. Men, Women, Colts, and Teenage Girls will be part of the South Queensland campaign heading to Rockhampton.
